I am very excited to be going to Edinburgh to the EMCC conference on March 1 - 3. Its a highlight of the year and I look forward to co-presenting on 'Blighted by Bias', with Carol Whitaker. There will be lots of interesting sessions from my peers in the theme of 'Professionalising Your Practice'.
I shall be guiding participants who wish to try out the Cross-Cultural Coaching Kaleidoscope floormat; a fun way to try out a new approach to systemic intercultural practice.
