Our approach to team coaching is unique in that it incorporates the impact of culture in multi-cultural, virtual and remote teams.For remote, agile teams
it is important that virtual teams learn to be self-coaching, since some of them may never even meet.
We typically facilitate the following types of team coaching:
- Team-building: Team members want to understand each other better or to share knowledge
- Team-formation: Team members want to better understand the need for critical roles and the preferences
of each person.*
- Problem-solving: Team members want to solve business or technical issues and are ‘solutioneering’;
i.e. innovating new products, solutions or services or new ways of doing things
- Transformational change: Team leaders are typically engaged in embedding change into the organisational
system and are looking for radical impact.
